The main part of the manufactured product is frozen mushrooms and berries. They are treated with the IQF technology (Individual Quick Freezing). This method allows the water in the intercellular space of the raw material tissue to crystallize almost immediately when the temperature reaches -35 C. This leaves the cytoderm safe, while static freezing destructs it. Low temperatures lessen the qualitative and quantitative losses of vitamins and nutrients. The technology helps to save the original shape, taste and smell of berries and mushrooms. It took effort and time to come to this technology: freezing tunnels (-35 C inside) and freezer rooms (minus 18 C inside) were being built. Now we are proud to say that we can freeze up to 250 tons per day and to store up to 18000 tons of IQF product simultaneously. The whole cooling complex accords sanitary norms; a program of specific microbiological environment in the refrigerators is highly effective. Each crop area has its own compact cooling complex that allows maintaining the quality at every step of harvesting.
Concentrated juice and pure are stored in specialized cooling cameras according to sanitary regulations and standards.
